Louie was a 16yo male Chihuahua/Terrier mix who was bondmates with Peggy, and loved hanging out with her. He was a friendly, curious little guy despite his natural "angry face". He passed away peacefully in his sleep with Peggy by his side at his loving foster home. He will be missed.
